The Plum Creek Ridge annexation and Preliminary PD Site Plan submittals were prepared and shepherded through the Town’s review and approval process by Kirby Smith & Associates.  This 26 acre multi-family in-fill property presented  topographic challenges for this type of development. KSA, Inc. also prepared conceptual site plan alternatives to explore various unit types and configurations, in order to determine a viable density for this development. Alternative conceptual site plans were prepared by Kirby Smith to evaluate the City’s                  regulatory requirements and arrive at a                               defensible solution to maximize the site’s                             potential. As the lead consultant for this 55 acre mixed use PUD, KSA, Inc. was responsible for preparation of all zoning documents, including Mixed Use development regulations;  Coordination with other consultants and assemblage of their plans/documents;  Submittal packaging;  Presentations;  and Coordination with the Town & other referral agencies for planning approvals.  Annexations and zoning were approved in July of 2008.
