Following the bank’s parking lot reconfiguration, Kirby Smith & Associates, Inc. was asked to provide landscape plans for the parking lot and for renovations of other selected areas around the building and  site. KSA, Inc. also prepared the site plan and landscape plans for the first phase independent living facility, and lead a coordinated effort with the architect and civil engineering consultants through the Town of Parker’s review and approval process. Site and Landscape plans were approved.

As part of the Owner’s consultant team, Kirby Smith & Associates, Inc. prepared landscape plans and cross sections to illustrate the proposed landscape design for this 3.6 acre commercial/ office building and surrounding site.  KSA, Inc.’s responsibilities included coordination with the Client and with the project team. This entry, located on the top deck of the underlying parking garage, included parking stalls and barren concrete  walks.  The design solution included replacing the row of parking stalls nearest the building with a new concrete plaza with brick accents.  Additionally landscaped planters and benches were arranged to provide a visually pleasing         and pedestrian friendly access across the entire building frontage which highlights the main entry                        canopy. PDP approved in 2002.
